Job summary
To work alongside the Croydon Business Manager in supporting the delivery of business and performance objectives for identified services. To assist the Clinical Service Leads and/or relevant Associate Clinical Director and Borough Lead with the administrative processes involved with the management of their specific areas. Provide managerial and professional leadership to administrative staff working within service areas of the pathway. Oversee relevant building or assigned areas of site management issues.
Main duties of the job
1) Provide leadership and management of administrative staff ensuring optimum service performance and effective appropriate cover with available resources. 2) To organise, attend and minute relevant community meetings. 3) To deliver a high standard of customer care that is representative of the service and the overall trust's objectives. 4) Manage identified building/site issues within boroughs 5) Assist with implementing or developing required actions in support of efficient service delivery. 6) Provide non-clinical /pathway representation at service related events. 7) Provide administrative assistance to the pathway Clinical Service Leads and/or relevant Associate Clinical Director and Business Manager. 8) Participate in any training and developmental needs as required by the business manager/service needs. 9) Contribute to meeting identified financial targets. 10) Support the service-wide administrative cover arrangements
