Main duties of the job
The Lambeth Early Onset Team (LEO CMHT) are looking for a highly enthusiastic BAND 5 NURSE
We are looking for someone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience within the area of First Episode Psychosis and work within a large and busy multi professional team.

Qualified RMN
Evidence of continuing professional development e.g. relevant training
Significant post registration experience in a mental health setting
Experience of working in a community setting
Experience of working with service users with psychosis
Experience of the use of evidence based interventions relating to the care of service users with psychosis
Knowledge of current Government Policy and Guidelines concerning the provision of community mental health care in general and of Early intervention in Psychosis in particular
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide care that is sensitive to the needs of minority groups
Understanding of the supervision process
