The Short-Term Support services offer assessments and brief interventions to residents in the Borough of Lambeth aged 18 and over.

Main duties of the job

What we're looking for:

A registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
Strong assessment and intervention skills with a focus on recovery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with service users and their families.
A commitment to teamwork and collaboration within the MDT
Most of all, someone who is values driven, passionate about Mental Health and keen to make a difference within our community.

A key part of this role will be managing a varied caseload in the Short-Term Support team, ensuring a timely, safe, effective and responsive service delivery in line with the LWN Alliance "three big outcomes" for people living in Lambeth who experience mental distress:
