Job summary
You will be working for the Integrated Personalised Support Alliance (IPSA) with adults (age 18-65) and be based across two supported living schemes in Lambeth, the Turrets and Lancaster Ave. These schemes are managed by one of the IPSA partners, Certitude (Certitude provides accommodation and personalised support for people with mental health needs and learning disabilities). As Lancaster Avenue is a women only service only women need apply for the position under schedule 9 (Part 1) of the Equality Act 2010.

Main duties of the job
You will need to work as an autonomous practitioner providing support to people in both housing schemes, alongside Certitude support staff and with input from health colleagues. The role will involve planning, implementing and evaluating interventions. It will also include providing specific functional assessments. The role will have a key focus on supporting people to work with their assets and strengths to re-motivate and re-able them to live more independently. You will be working collaboratively with service users to identify occupational therapy goals as part of the overall care plan working within the care programme approach process.
You will plan and implement individual and/or group interventions, in collaboration with the service user, their family and friends and supporters and colleagues from across the Lambeth Alliance as well as the wider health networks.

The ART team is based in Stockwell, at Elmsfield house, which is a Thames Reach building shared with other community services. We are based on the ground floor and 1stfloor of the building with easy public transport links and cycle parking.
