The post holder will report to the Executive Director of Enterprise, be part of the Maudsley Enterprise Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with senior colleagues from within Maudsley Enterprise ventures, clinicians and senior leaders across the Trust and externally to develop partnerships to ensure high quality businesses and investments are created.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an experienced and natural leader, comfortable with both NHS and revenue-generating business finances, and able to influence and collaborate to deliver high quality commercial management and assurance to guide strategy and decision making. They will enjoy working autonomously and taking the initiative to continue the development of our exciting and diverse portfolio of ventures, develop robust internal and external relationships, and add value to the whole organisation through their leadership role.
