Job summary

Maudsley Health is now progressing significant developments across the spectrum of mental health care in the Middle East. The aim is to replicate the high quality of the specialist services within SLaM. As a result, we are looking for additional experienced, high-quality clinical staff. Main duties of the job

  • To provide a specialist psychology service to the above services including specialist assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and monitoring of
  • To contribute to enabling other staff, service users and carers from diverse backgrounds to flourish by working to create a psychologically safe
  • To work as an autonomous professional within Department of Health guidelines and codes of conduct, and guided by the policies and procedures of the service, taking responsibility for own work including treatment and discharge decisions with support of clinical supervisor.

Qualifications and Professional Registration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical psychology (4 years' duration) Doctorate or Master's in Clinical Psychology. (A/I)
  • Registered with the HCPC as Practitioner Psychologist (UK) or relevant organisation in home country.
  • To have been qualified and practising as clinical psychologist for two years post licensure. (A/I)
