Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Resuscitation Team as a Resuscitation Trainer, based in Central London. This is a full time, permanent position.

Main duties of the job

The Resuscitation Training Team provide timely education, training and advice on resuscitation and recognition and management of patient deterioration to both clinicians and non-clinicians throughout the Trust. We are looking for a motivated person who can work flexibly either alone or as part of a team. The role will include teaching Emergency Life Support (ELS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) at our training venues in London (Kilburn), Uxbridge and Milton Keynes. It will also include undertaking audits and assisting simulations within wards and services across the Trust.

About us

The post holder must have some experience of working within health care and ideally will be a registered health care professional. You should have some experience of teaching. The role will require you to work with a wide range of professionals and respond to a various challenge that arise. The successful applicant will be based in Central London but must be willing travel across London and Milton Keynes where the services and training are delivered.
