Job summary

The post holder will be expected to support trust wide with any Employee Services responsibilities. Employee Services are responsible for the transactional HR processes including but not limited to change of circumstances forms, leaver forms, ID badge renewals, visa renewals, reference requests. Employee Services are responsible for maintenance and development of ESR, automated forms and reporting on transactional HR processes.Employee Services Team Leaders are responsible for supporting staff at all levels across the Trust as well as line managing the Employee Services Advisors. In addition, Team Leaders deputize for the People Manager as required.

Main duties of the job
