Job summary
We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist working in our community intermediate care unit, which provides intermediate care for rehabilitation and step-up beds for patients requiring short-term inpatient care. In this stimulating role you will build on your previous experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a high-quality clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation service to patients. The successful candidate will be working with the wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors and therapists.

Main duties of the job
Excellent clinical knowledge, attention to detail and good time management are essential. You must be a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have completed or be working towards completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in General Clinical Pharmacy. You will need to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, have good organisational skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
