Job summary

This is a great opportunity to join a creative and welcoming team to support our provision in Central London.

We are looking for a part time administrator to join our the Central London Arts Psychotherapies service.

This administration role will support our senior administrator and the Arts Psychotherapies teams who sit across inpatient, community and rehabilitation services across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.

Due to the team being spread across different sites there is a request that the admin in role may work from the Gordon hospital and Woodfield road site.

Main duties of the job

The Administrator will be responsible for providing a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to support the effective delivery of a high-quality service by the Central London Arts Psychotherapies Service. The post holder will need to develop an understanding of the service objectives and support the arts psychotherapy and arts in health service staff in carrying out their duties. This will range from data entry in relation to referrals, general typing, taking calls from clients, arranging appointments, organising arts therapy files, distribution of post, arranging meetings, stock-taking and procurement, receiving and disseminating information and the provision of a receptionist service in order to enable the team to carry out a range of clinical activity as quickly and effectively as is required. This post will be required to contribute to clinical data management and audit work including involvement in case allocation duties as instructed by the Operational and Clinical Leads and Senior Service Administrator.
