Job summary
Digital Skills Administrator
- Administration of the Teams course scheduling on LDZ
- Familiarisation of multi-media applications
- Management of calendar's and diarys/establishment of training schedules
- Co-ordination of training events\workshops
- Drafting emails and communications to key stakeholders
- Dealing with queries relating to training courses
- Distributing course information and joining instructions
- Booking meeting rooms and meeting resources
- Supporting the team in maximising the effectiveness of training courses
- Supporting the team in developing digital content
- Supporting the team in developing training resources
- Producing reports relating to attendance
- Keeping uptodate records of adhoc training courses
Main duties of the job
- To provide a comprehensive secretarial administrative support service to the Digital Skills Team
- To ensure that telephone calls, correspondence and direct contacts with callers are dealt with in an appropriate and professional manner, using judgement and discretion where necessary
- To maintain daily communication with all members of the DS Team
- To maintain good working partnerships with existing stakeholders
- To maintain an up-to-date record on Teams of meetings and the Team Action Log
- To maintain SuperUser Teams accounts on Teams to ensure an up-to-date record
- To manage communications with course delegates and managers across the Trust
- To support the Team in the development of Training Needs Analysis
- To organize and take part in Digital Skills Team meetings and Awaydays and to be an integral part of the team within the department
- To be able to prepare documents using Microsoft Office Software (emails,reports,etc) for approval as directed, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to
- To collate feedback forms and develop reports based on feedback scores/comments
- To be fully conversant with computer packages, promoting good presentations, including Word documents and spreadsheets
- To maintain the DS Trustnet page keeping it current and relevant
- To prioritise own workload according to service needs and manage conflicting priorities
