Are you looking for new challenges? Do you want to feel that you really make a difference? Are you someone with a passion for trauma-informed work, who wants to be part of changing young people's lives?

This might be the job for you... We are looking for Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, Systemic or Psychodynamic Psychotherapists to join us as part of the new integrated health team within HMYOI Feltham.

This will include supporting staff to develop skills in reflective practice and understanding of key theories, such as trauma-informed care and adolescent development.

The role will also involve the assessment of the mental health and psychological needs of young people and delivery of relevant group and 1-1 interventions, akin to that delivered within CAMH services in the community. This will include providing advice and consultation on young people's mental health to other clinical and non-clinical members of the wider MDT within the YOI.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills; and a proven ability to make evidence-based, informed decisions within a complex, rapidly changing and demanding environment.
