This is a leadership role responsible for the development and management of a defined skill mixed school nursing team across the Oasis Restore Secure School population. They will lead a team of nurses providing comprehensive, integrated physical health, mental health and substance misuse care to a group of children aged 12-18. They will also lead on coordinating transitions in and out of the Secure School, working closely with the Oasis Restore Navigators and Networks, and each child's family.

Developing good therapeutic relationships with the children and their families, is key for this post and in the wider service delivery.
