We are looking for an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic nursing leader who is passionate about nursing and delivering the best patient care, and who can provide leadership and strategic direction for their clinical areas and manage our acute inpatient wards. To undertake this challenging role, you will need to have extensive experience in leading and managing nursing teams within an acute setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the hospital site including the clinical and operational patient flow from admission to discharge through St. Charles Hospital.
The Matron will provide excellent leadership across inpatient wards ensuring the deliverance of expert nursing care to the adults and their families whilst offering support, guidance and supervision to the various staff members.
