Job summary
Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) is a well-established team based in Milton Keynes that supports individuals for up to 3 years whom are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. The team is multi-disciplinary providing holistic support to both clients and carers - it has been recently rated as the top performing EIP team in the East of England.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Band 8a mental health professional to lead the team and provide clinical input. The role will be full time and will involve working alongside users, carers, GPs, commissioners and CNWL managers. You will need to have good communication skills, be organised and have experience of working alongside multiple stakeholders within secondary mental health care. You will have excellent working knowledge of mental health care and a vision of how we can continue to develop and expand the service.

- Clinical/post graduate management qualification or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level

- Management of resources and good track record with change management, efficiency savings and financial recovery plans.
