Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Services Manager (Sector Manager) to join our services in Ealing in partnership with CGL, one of the UK's leading drug prevention and treatment organisations. This is an excellent chance to lead a high-performing service in Ealing.
CNWL Addictions is a well-established NHS service that provides a varied and multicultural population in Ealing, Brent, Hillingdon, Hackney, Hounslow, and Milton Keynes with a wide range of high-quality drug and alcohol treatment initiatives. We also have the tri-borough Club Drug Clinic and our National Problem Gambling Service.
This is an excellent chance to contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of an integrated substance abuse programme that combines components of education, prevention, treatment, and recovery within addiction treatment pathways. This includes people who enter the service through the criminal justice system.
All of our clinical centres provide treatments. The Clinical Governance framework is well established, and the service takes pride in its evolution to become a learning organisation.
We provide a variety of high-quality customised treatment and rehabilitation pathways to assist people in overcoming drug and alcohol addictions and rebuilding their lives.
We are searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to handle the CNWL contract and lead on KPI performance within a set budgetary framework and clinical service delivery.
