This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of, and help to lead, an innovative trauma informed care model. It's also an opportunity to use your clinical and interpersonal skills, develop new skills through supervision and training and work with a unique population group. If you have a background of working in CAMHS or with adolescents in other settings, then this is an exciting role, working with some of the most vulnerable and complex young people and supporting an incredibly dedicated and experienced multi-disciplinary staff group as the Team Lead.

If you are an experienced Band 6 then this is an opportunity to take on a role in which you will be fully supported in this next step in your career to develop the skills needed to be an excellent nursing lead.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to be persistent in the face of significant challenge and to be able to hold the needs of the staff team as well as complex young people within an equally complex system. If you enjoy direct clinical work, but also supporting a team and leading on providing excellent care then this role, as part of our trauma informed service, could be the one for you.
It takes a very special, dedicated, resilient and caring clinician to provide care in such an ever changing, dynamic environment and you will be joining like-minded exceptional healthcare professionals.
