We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses who are looking for new challenges in rehabilitation (mental health). You will be caring, compassionate and committed to providing the best service possible to patients. You will possess the will and the drive to work with clients who suffer from severe and enduring mental illnesses in a creative and exciting way. As the Primary Nurse for a group of service users you will take charge of their care to ensure that they re-learn old skills and acquire new ones to enable their social integration, using Recovery model of care. You will possess sound clinical risk assessment and management skills, good knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983), CPA and NMC code of conduct. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who can work both as part of a team and on their own initiative and respond creatively to service provision and service user needs.
Rosedale Court is part of the Rehabilitation service line and offers community based rehabilitation for adult residents of Harrow. The facilities provide mixed open rehabilitation inpatient care. There are good transport links to the unit.
