Job summary
To deliver a quality service through the provision of a diverse range of administrative duties within the Cardiology Department and Cardiac Investigations Unit. To provide support to all clinics while ensuring patient confidentially and dignity at all times.
The role is required in the following departments; Cardiac Investigations Unit, Cardiology Outpatients and Friarage Cardiology Department.
Main duties of the job
Booking Appointments, filing, checking demographic details, locate and request notes, process incoming/outgoing mail, manage and reconciling clinics, maintain and update department databases, various modes of communications.
