An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Radiology department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust(STHFT) for a Band 6 MRI Radiographer to work within the fantastic MRI team where a variety of work is undertaken.
This post is part of the collaborative initiative of the Community Diagnostic Hub program. Although the successful candidate will be employed by STHFT, there will be an expectation of collaborative working across the Tees Valley in the future should the need be required, however this role is primarily for STHFT MRI services, the successful candidate will join the MRI rota for STHFT and work across all MRI service sites. Successful candidates will be an employee of South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and managed as per the governance arrangements currently in place for Radiology and the organisation.

Main duties of the job
South Tees Hospitals is the largest hospital trust in the Tees Valley with two acute hospitals and services in a number of community hospitals. The Trust is a designated regional major trauma centre with a 24-hour acute admissions unit and specialised services in cancer, neurosciences, vascular surgery, spinal injuries, cardiology and renal medicine.

After you complete these six and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities. We also offer a range of additional in-house and externally provided courses and bitesize programmes through our Leadership and Improvement Team
