Job summary

The post holder will work within the Business Intelligence Unit and have responsibility to support with the design, development and delivery of Trust wide solutions in data and reporting. They will be expected to develop and deliver complex automations using Robotic Processing Automation Software (Blue Prism) and Microsoft Power Platform. They will have previous experience with designing, developing and implementing RPA in an NHS environment (using Blue Prism Software), to enhance business productivity and maximise efficiencies. They will work closely alongside our Business Intelligence Team and stakeholders to effectively contribute and deliver the automation development.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work with the Clinical leads to understand highly complex issues, involving analysis of complex problems or issues and supporting with the development of intelligent automation solutions, which deliver information in clear, understandable formats. Engage customers, identify requirements, and ensure a solution that meets the needs of the business while aligning to the overall IT strategy.

The post holder will be required to lead specific project work streams and deliver projects to tight deadlines, and work with colleagues within the wider team, senior managers, clinicians and directors.

The post holder will use their knowledge of data flows, data processing skills, reporting and advanced analytics to maintain effective data processing and submission of often complex information in accordance with service level agreements and other local, statutory and national requirements.
