Job summary
The post holder will co-ordinate the implementation of the Acutely Ill Patient (AIP) programme by providing administrative support the AIP team enhancing service provision.
Main duties of the job
To use the hospital E-CaMIS system to locate medical records on a daily basis.To collect notes from across the hospital site. Receive them on E CaMIS, CRT them and return them to appropriate location when finished.To input data provided by the sepsis specialist nurses into the relevant database.To formulate end of month reports and highlight any areas which need further focus.To provide support with data collection for the national CQUIN and is able to input data into Microsoft excel spreadsheets for CQUIN and other audits.To have working knowledge of Microsoft office systems and is able to manage and update audit deadlines in the appropriate calendars.To be able to create certificates and posters using Microsoft OfficeTo be able to prepare for meetings, organise venue, equipment and take notes as well as disseminate minutes of meetingsTo manage bookings for all acutely ill patient courses and liaise with candidates.
