ENT Outpatients
37.5 hours per week - Fixed Term Maternity Cover
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior nurse who can demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate staff. You will be a team player and a good communication, organisational skills and with clinical management experience. You will have a positive can do attitude and always striving for the best for your patients and nursing staff.
You will have the ability to engage clinically with all members of the multi-disciplinary team. You will have in depth proven clinical knowledge guiding the nursing team to work within this framework. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, along with the ability to sensitively manage change.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to have responsibility for the department to provide professional clinical leadership, advice and guidance for the team. They will need to have problem solving skills and be able to enhance patient pathways with innovation/ improvements based on current research/ guidance.

- Practitioner level in quality improvement, equipping you with the skills to champion, lead and complete quality improvement within your role
After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
