We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our Operational Human Resources Team.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Associate HR Business Partner (AHRBP), the postholder will provide a high quality, comprehensive HR service to our clinical collaborative model as well as the NHS people Plan and will support delivery of excellent HR practices across the Trust aligned to workforce strategies and objectives and the delivery of excellent patient care.
Working as part of the wider HR Team the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR operational and employee relations support to the operational management teams for the relevant area.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can adapt to the changing needs of the Trust and models of care and motivation to work collaboratively and proactively with their service areas, other Corporate areas and external partners to ensure professional and effective customer care. The successful candidate will develop effective working relationships with colleagues from unions and professional bodies.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a professional HR qualification or equivalent level of training experience.
The successful candidate will be supported by their management team to complete team and individual objectives, including regular opportunities for communication, welfare discussions, sharing of information and team development. The team is currently working to an office rota, where time is spent working both on site and remotely.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Associate HR Business Partner/ the postholder will provide a high quality, comprehensive HR service to the Centre.

- Lead change management processes within their designated centre, including leading the negotiation and consultation activities with staff side colleagues.
- Provide comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to managers and staff on complex issues within the Centre.
- Ensure delivery of a high quality service to the Centre in relation to all operational HR matters, coordinating information from other key HR stakeholders.
