Job summary

37.5 hours per week (Apprenticeship - 18 Months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and pro-active individual to support the collaborative management teams. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, effective and professional PA and secretarial support to the collaborative management function. They will also provide general administration duties for the wider collaborative team.

Collaborative support role will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective secretarial service is available to the collaborative management teams, as well as providing assistance to formulate collaborative plans, policies and strategies. The post holder will be required to collect, collate and circulate specific information required by the collaborative management team, including activity and performance analysis, study, annual and sickness leave. The post holder will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to deal with conflicting demands with an agile approach.

Main duties of the job

As an apprentice, you will be released for study and supported to achieve a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

The minimum entry requirements are2 GCSE's 3-2/D-E or level 1 Functional Skills in English andmaths (or equivalent qualifications).

An administration qualification or apprenticeship (in the same field) at level 3 or above (If applicants have other qualifications similar to administration, an eligibility check will need to be completed to ensure they are eligible to do this apprenticeship)
