Apprentice - Receptionist Administration Assistant
37.5 hours
The post holder will be required to undertake a wide variety of general clerical and reception duties working on the reception desk of the STRIVE Academic Centre.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will undertake the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship standard.Applicants must only apply if they have not studied this qualification (or similar) previously.
Applicants must also have their GCSE English and Maths at a grade 4 (C) or above.
The role will require the post holder to access a range of electronic systems including electronic room bookings to input or obtain information accurately.
They will be required to efficiently answer telephone and face to face enquiries redirecting as required to the appropriate area.
The post holder will also provide admin support to all STRIVE staff in particular the Undergraduate service.
