There are some fantastic opportunities on our medical wards at the Friarage Hospital for Healthcare Assistant and there has never been a more exciting time to join our growing team.
Our busy medical wards Romanby, Ainderby and CDU are expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions in adults. The multi-disciplinary teams work together to assess plan and co-ordinate the needs of individuals with complex care needs.
Would you like to be part of our blended teams? Collaboratively utilising our skills and competencies symbiotically for patient benefit, assuming complementary roles sharing responsibility for problem-solving and making decisions to formulate and carry out plans for patient care.
Our Endoscopy and Urology Diagnostic hub has just opened its doors and we have been given the go ahead to build a new £35.5 million surgical centre.
Other recent developments include the opening of our MRI scanner, dialysis unit, eye unit, rapid diagnostic centre, The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre and STRIVE academic centre.
Set in the picturesque North Yorkshire market town of Northallerton, the Friarage forms an essential part of South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, serving a rural population of 135,000 people.
