2 x 37.5 hours
Are you committed to providing excellent patient care in a nurturing and supportive environment? This post offers an exciting opportunity to develop the care of patients with infectious diseases and acutely ill adults in a busy acute medical ward. Experience with these conditions is not essential, as training and support will be provided. You will become part of a well established and experienced team who will welcome and support you through your career development.
Main duties of the job
Candidates should possess a positive and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills and an interest in mentorship. We operate on a 12.5 - hour shift pattern on both day and night duty.
We work closely with the practice development team to ensure that we help you develop new skills and are supported in your work. As part of this, successful candidates would take part in the preceptorship programme, which has proven to be a valuable support to many of the nurses joining our team.
