We are looking for a highly self-motivated specialist nurses/extended scope physiotherapist to become Triage and Treat Practitioner working within Community Locations throughout the Hambleton, Richmondshireand Whitby Region (mainly at Friarage and Whitby Hospitals).
Main duties of the job
The Triage and Treat Practitioner Teamprovide a single access point leading to a high quality service to patients suffering with back pain and radicular pain. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
A flexible approach, reliability, the ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent interpersonal, presentation and decision-making skills are all essential requirements for the role.

The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough is a designated major trauma centre and provides all its specialties from one site which is unique for a hospital of its size. It provides a wide range of district general hospital services and specialist services such as neurosciences, renal medicine, spinal injuries, major trauma, cardiothoracics, vascular surgery and cancer services. There is also an Institute of Learning, Research and Innovation on site, embracing postgraduate medical education, undergraduate teaching centre, nurse training school, the school of radiography and library facilities.
The Friarage Hospital in Northallerton is an essential part of our organisation and an important point of delivery for the community. It is one of the smallest district general hospitals in the country and has 189 inpatient beds.
