Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Oral Surgeon to join our team working within the intermediate minor oral surgery service (IMOS) as part of the Gloucestershire Community Dental Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand the existing IMOS referral service that accepts e-referrals from general dental practitioners across Gloucestershire
Main duties of the job
Working as part of a team of specialist oral surgeons the post holder will be responsible for providing adult patients with level 2 care - that is 'procedural and patient complexity requiring an experienced clinician with enhanced skills' who is on the oral surgery specialist register or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
You will be an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative individual who is experienced and capable of delivering all Oral Surgery aspects.
All applicants must be GDC registered and be entered onto the Specialist List for Oral Surgery, or equivalent experience is also acceptable. An NHS England performer number is essential.
