We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) leads based at Edward Jenner Court. Main duties of the job

To provide a high quality, administrative and secretarial service to the IPC Team Lead(s) and team, (including wider and senior NTQ Directorate Management as requested).

To undertake responsibility for all of the day to day management of the administrative, clerical and secretarial functions associated with the team, setting the appropriate high standards and culture, ensuring the highest standard of security and confidentiality at all times, and ensuring that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Working and acting on own initiative and dealing with potentially complex situations and raising Infection Control issues through the appropriate channels.
