Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Part Time Receptionist to join our administration team; the Receptionist must be able and willing to work in a very busy environment where priorities change on a daily basis, have excellent interpersonal skills and willing to embrace change.
Although primarily based in Charlton Lane Hospital the post holder may, on occasions, be required to work across other sites as the needs of the service dictate. The post is a 28 hour per week role, Monday and Tuesday 8am - 8pm and Wednesday 2pm - 8pm.
Youmust be comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of the administrative team.
Youwill be expected to efficiently manage your own workload and prioritise work to meet deadlines. You willproject the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities.

Main duties of the job
- To provide reception, clerical and administration duties, maintaining an efficient and friendly service to patients, relatives and visitors
- To liaise with staff in the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (as required) and external providers
- Support the manager and the administrative team in the administrative function as required
- To project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
- The receptionist is responsible for taking all incoming calls into the building
The receptionist provides support to a variety of members of staff (both clinical and non-clinical) working within the base
