Job summary

1 x Fixed Term contract/secondment opportunity for up to12 months**

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to support the Trust's Clinical Systems Training Team.

The Clinical Systems Team is responsible for the overall development, delivery and management of the Trusts Clinical Systems: RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Lilie and SoelHealth.

You will work alongside the Clinical Systems Trainers to provide effective administrative support in organising, booking and managing Clinical Systems training for clinicians and administrative support staff.

You will be overseeing the scheduling of trainers diaries, using Care2Learn to book staff onto training and maintaining good records in respect of training queries, requests and other workload tasks.

The role is within a busy and dynamic team, you will need to be able to work flexibly, be responsive to change and communicate effectively. We are a friendly and proactive team and provide a supportive working environment, with development opportunities, regular supervision and appraisals.

Main duties of the job

To book and organise induction training on clinical systems to Trust staff.

To book and organise refresher training to individuals or teams as and when required.

Organise training facilities, co-ordinate staff attendance and materials prior to courses.

Support the Training Team in the necessary organisation and preparation for training sessions, e.g. room bookings, training bookings.

Ensure adherence to Training team methodologies at all times.

Record and maintain records in respect of course participants.

Maintain good records in respect of training queries, requests and workload tasks

To provide a focal point of contact for system training queries.

Assist in prioritising all requests logged with Training and continuously reassess priorities, providing timely updates to the system user.

Extract training reports from the Learning Management System care to learn

Organise for any reminders that need to be sent to staff to be compliant with their Clinical Systems Training.

Troubleshooting and identifying areas for improvements to the Training booking processes.

Taking an active role in the training subgroup, attending and contributing and minuting to meetings as necessary.

To provide support for scheduling of training for any new implementations, including floor walking and user support. This may also include co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing sessions.
