The Practice Education and Professional Development & Clinical Skills Teams are excited to have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join theteam.

The post holder will provide friendly, efficient and professional Practice Education and Professional Development administration to staff across the Trust and engage with our student workforce to deliver student-focused, high-quality service.

It is a varied and valuable post as the successful applicant will be required to make data entries on placement management systems to ensure student placement capacity is up-to-date and accurate, administer e-rosters ensuring students are added / removed in a timely way, maintain an accurate database of student lap tops, monitoring allocation and return and where required supporting recruitment activity.

Main duties of the job

Working with the Practice Education and Professional Development and Clinical Skills Team the post holder will be required to undertake a variety of administration tasks associated with these departments workstreams including monitoring course bookings, student placement allocations and return to healthcare practice programmes, designing, populating and updating spreadsheets, taking and generating notes, updating action logs, contributing to reports, responding to email communication and taking minutes.

Feeling comfortable to flex and respond to the needs of each of the teams whilst providing excellent customer service to members of the public, staff, One Gloucestershire colleagues and stakeholders and our University partners is a vitalskill in this role.

  • Good level of education (5 GCSE's or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office Skills Training (MOST); European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent IT skills
