An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time, Band 3 Head Quarters Administrators to join our friendly Managing Memory team based at Fritchie Centre in Cheltenham. The working hours are 30 hours / 4 days per week 9:00-17:00.
Main duties of the job
About You
The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Managing Memory Together service and will need to main Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.
This role involves high level of telephone contact with our service users, their carers or relatives. The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and to remain calm under pressure are therefore an essential part of this post.
