Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our Home First team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an integrated, system-wide service supporting timely hospital discharge and recovery at home. The postholder will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention for patients across the acute settings and in patients own homes, working autonomously while collaborating closely with acute, community and Adult Social Care colleagues. You will play a key role in promoting independence, reducing unnecessary hospital stays and embedding a person-centred, strengths-based approach. The role offers the chance to contribute to service development, support and supervise junior staff and students, and work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, effective and compassionate therapy in the patients own environment.
