As a PALS Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and responsive Patient Advice and Liaison Service for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll be a calm and compassionate presence--listening to concerns, guiding people through the support available, and helping resolve issues quickly and sensitively.
You will also take ownership of managing less complex complaints, ensuring every element is investigated and responded to with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Your work will directly contribute to improving the experience of patients and their families across our Trust.
Working alongside a friendly, passionate, and forward-thinking PALS and Patient Experience Team, you'll be part of a collaborative effort to shape how we learn from feedback and continuously enhance the care we provide.
