Medical Resourcing Coordinator
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and autonomous administrator to join our Medical Resourcing team.
The team are responsible for the recruitment of doctors and consultants and play an important role in the ongoing management and coordination of a doctor's employment once recruited.
The role could suit someone with previous recruitment/HR administration experience, looking to develop into a specialist medical staffing role or an experienced medical staffing professional. We would equally consider a graduate with an interest in Medical HR and looking for a new career.
As a Medical Resourcing Coordinator, you will require a good standard of written English and numeracy and be comfortable working with sometimes complex medical terms and conditions of service. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Main duties of the job
- Manage selected vacancies in accordance with the Trust's Recruitment and Selection policy, ensuring that recruitment targets are met in line with Trust objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Resourcing Advisor, Medical Workforce Specialist, Strategic Medical Resourcing Manager, Clinical Leads, General Managers and Divisional Directors, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of recruitment practice at all stages of the medical recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure high levels of candidate experience at all times.
- Coordinate and administer volume junior doctor recruitment campaigns ensuring a quality candidate experience and that all NHS Employment Check Standards are satisfied and recorded on the ESR system.
- Maintain accurate records relating to recruitment activity and Trac are utilised to a high standard.
