We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle. NHS recruitment experience and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly desirable.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment administration
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and accurately
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach

Key responsibilities:

Issuing employment offers and contracts
Requesting and chasing references
Verifying qualifications and identity documents
Processing DBS checks
Ensuring recruitment files are fully compliant with Trust policies
