Job summary
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused administrator to join our friendly and dynamic recruitment team at East Surrey Hospital on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
It is essential that candidates have knowledge of managing the recruitment lifecycle in a multi stakeholder environment. It would also be highly desirable to have NHS recruitment experience and a working knowledge of an applicant tracking system. The ability to work accurately and autonomously within a team is a prerequisite. In exchange we offer a supportive working environment, generous holiday entitlement and NHS pension scheme.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Issuing employment offers and contracts
- Seeking references
- Verifying qualifications and identity
- Processing criminal record (DBS) checks
- Ensuring recruitment files are fully compliant with policy
