Join our vibrant and responsive Catering Team, dedicated to serving patients, staff, and visitors with high-quality meals tailored to meet diverse nutritional needs.
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Chef (7061/2 or equivalent) to contribute to the success of our busy hospital kitchen and restaurant. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to support and enhance meal preparation for:
- 750+ patients, staff, and visitors daily
- A dynamic restaurant environment.
The role includes:
- Assisting in the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals.
- Supervising and mentoring team members.
- Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A qualified Chef with relevant certifications (7061/2 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in busy kitchens or catering environments.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people.
