Job summary
The Healthroster Lead is responsible for the eRostering team and all BAU functions and service. Ensuring high quality and accurate information through data cleansing and audits. A technical expert able to analysis and interpret complex data. Ensuring the systems are used to full capacity and supporting the organisation in ensuring benefits realisation and driving the implementation of Lord Carter's & NHSE / NHSI recommendations and improve level of attainment.
The successful candidate will act as a source of expertise, knowledge and experience; will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of service delivery and technical knowledge with previous experience in an NHS eRostering role.
