Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Clinical Site Team. The Clinical Site Manager
role is operationally driven with a strong clinical focus, especially out of hours giving clinical support to the ward teams and being part of the Hospital at Night team. The Clinical Site Manager role is integral to the safe and efficient flow of our patients throughout the organization, ensuring that our patients receive optimum care by being placed in the right bed first time. At Sash we have successfully implemented an electronic site management system, giving a live view of patient flow throughout the organization. The clinical site manager will be supported by the Clinical Site Matron. Applicants should possess excellent leadership and clinical skills . The role is diverse and applicants need to be able to problem solve and deliver safe and harm free care.
