Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic with an interest in Shoulder & Elbow
An opportunity has arisen for applicants to apply for a full time Consultant post in the department of Trauma & Orthopaedics at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
The post holder will join an extensive team of Consultant, Speciality and Trust doctors in the Orthopaedic department.
The post holder will have a special interest in Shoulder and Elbow
The successful applicant will be expected to participate in a 1:8 on call rota, lead a Fracture clinic and manage emergency Trauma sessions.
The department offers plenty of scope for teaching, research, and audit, as per the applicant's interests and needs.
Predominantly based at East Surrey Hospital, the successful candidate may be required to work across all hospital sites, which include services at Crawley and Horsham.
This is an accommodating, helpful and progressive Orthopaedic department which is a part of a successful and progressive Trust.
