Job summary
The ideal person for this role would be digital clinical skills training willing to make a positive difference to our coaching and training delivery to empower and upskill both our clinical and administrative staff.
Educating staff to effectively use digital processes to enhance patient care while providing support to staff. Challenging them to change attitudes and opinions towards digital in a positive way, guiding them successfully through the changes ensuring competency and confidence.
The postholder will support the digital training manager to manage a team of digital trainers and coaches ensuring that all output is to a high standard and is updated to reflect critical digital systems changes, design and support the objectives of the trust's digital strategy.
The role also includes, but not limited to the creation of training project and lesson plans, testing and maintaining the test domain environment. Generating training content using a variety of training platforms and constant engagement with users. Supporting the team with general admin tasks, answering emails and ad hoc requests, using excellent record keeping to maintain Training records as directed by the digital training manager. The post holder will need to facilitate training for all SASH physical sites.
