Job summary
An opportunity has risen for the right person to work in as part of an established HR Business Partner function at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust - A Trustrated as outstanding by CQC.
The role will work to the strategic HR Business Partner model, providing support to a clinical division (Medicine) and part of the Corporate services.
To be successful in the role, you will have a good track record of providing support to improve performance around Key Performance Indicators and finding solutions. You will also have credibility, business acumen and be able to add immediate value to the role.
The successful candidate will be supported in their career development and will also have access to the training and development opportunities offered by HPMA London Academy.
