International Nurse Recruitment and Retention Project Manager - Band 7 (Secondment - 9 months)

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional like you to join our Practice Development team with a focus on international recruitment and retention.
As International Nurse recruitment and retention project manager you will play a crucial role in leading organisational development and change initiatives within our organisation to help the retention of our international nursing workforce. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic transformation and future workstreams to help improve staff satisfaction, which has been linked to improved patient outcomes.
This role links with four key areas of work: organisation development, practice development, well- being, and recruitment and retention
The post holder will provide specialist support to OD initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to organisational development focused around retention of the international nursing workforce.
The post holder will support the organisation's equality and inclusion agenda and signpost appropriate sources of information and support.
