As an urgent care practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing timely assessments to children and young people, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

Significant experience working with children and young people under 18 with moderate to severe mental health needs.

Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced RMN, OT or Social Worker to provide urgent assessments within the 10-day time frame and short-term goal based interventions either individually, or with a member of the multi-disciplinary team depending on the complexity of referral within a community setting. The post holder will be able to offer a range of therapeutic interventions appropriate to the care pathway.
Management of referrals including screening and delivery of care (where appropriate)
Supervision of clinical junior staff.
To support the NEH Hub in the delivery of discovery conversations, urgent assessments, short-term treatments and groups where required.
