Project Manager & PA

Job summary
We are looking for a Project Manager and PA to supportcolleagues within the Chief Operating Officer Directorate and across operations to deliver change projects and programmes of work which help the people we serve, their carers and families live better lives. The post holder will do this by project managing and supporting key strategic projects whilst also offering expertise, coaching, support, advice and challenge within the Chief Operating Officer Directorate.
This post will be expected to be on site at our Headquarters for a minimum of 3 days a week
Main duties of the job
You will possess excellent communication skills as the role requires you to work across teams, be organised, creative and forward thinking and enjoy working in a varied and fast paced environment.
Ideally you will have an understanding of project management and be able to analysis information and provide reports to the management team on the status and progress of projects. You will also be confident in responding to emails and managing a busy diary on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer to support them with this and other administrative duties.
