We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Speciality Doctor to join us in the department of CAMHS.

This is a brand-new opportunity that has been made available with recognition of specific skills and expertise. The role will involve treating CAMHS young people with intellectual disabilities, and would potentially suit candidates who are at the end of their core training.
The trust is also actively supportive of Specialty Doctors to become consultants with specific support and mentorship which can be arranged separately.
Main duties of the job
The role includes outpatient clinics, occasional home visits , ad hoc visits to hospitals and exposure to duty system during the day in the wider CYPS division This has been designed to facilitate career progression in a non-training route.
There is access to the weekly Trust-wide academic program and opportunities to participate in research, leadership activities, clinical audits and quality improvement.
